Bespoke financial solutions

We are here to help make difficult decisions simple with uncomplicated financial advice.
We follow a four-step process to provide our clients with bespoke solutions. Although these steps are flexible, this is the route we’ll generally take for prospective clients.

Exploration meeting

Our initial meeting is at our expense. During this meeting, we get to know you and answer any questions you may have. We gain a better understanding of your circumstances, so we understand what is important to you and your family.

Before this meeting, we will send you a secure link to our Client Portal where, if you wish, you can enter some details about your financial situation to help us get the most out of your initial meeting. If you’re not comfortable with that and want to wait until you know us a bit better, that is also fine. We’re happy to move at a pace that works for you.

Researching your options

If both sides agree that we are a good fit and believe we can add value to your financial situation, we’ll contact your existing providers and carry out extensive independent research to deliver a bespoke financial plan.

We use cutting-edge cashflow modelling to provide you with an accurate prediction of your future financial situation based on the information you have provided. This will help us future proof your financial plans.

Implementation meeting

During this meeting, we’ll present your personalised financial plan. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and ensure that you are comfortable with our proposals before they’re implemented.

We complete and submit all the paperwork required, leaving nothing for you to do.

Ongoing monitoring and review

We continually monitor your plan using our cutting-edge technology. Over time, there will inevitably be changes. Your objectives and your circumstances may alter and there will likely also be economic, market and budget changes. We’ll have a yearly review meeting with you to keep your plan on track, adjusting to suit any changes in your circumstances.

Your time is precious, which is one of the reasons our clients trust us with their finances. However, we’re always on hand when you need us.
